Diamondback AR15 Description
The new line of Diamondback DB15 rifles, made entirely in the USA, is proudly brought to you by Diamondback Firearms. These Diamondback rifles are based on the AR-15 platform, and use only the highest quality components machined in the manufacturer’s CNC facility.
In terms of features and performance, the DB15 raises the bar when compared to others. The tried-and-true, U.S. military-proven, mid-length gas-impingement system is what the 16-inch chrome-moly-vanadium barrel – with 1×2/28 threads and 1:8 RH twist – runs off and, designed to soften the recoil impulse, this system makes the Diamondback AR more comfortable to shoot, as well as ensures it keeps functioning reliably.
Still on features, the rifle comes outfitted with a series of Magpul and Diamondback hardware. There’s the modified Diamondback aluminum four-rail handguard, which 15-inch free-float M-Lok rail offers more grip space and enough room for accessories to be comfortably mounted on the Diamondback DB15; the Diamond Series Enhanced Skeletonized Trigger Guard lower receiver which, like the upper, is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and comes standard with a hard-coat anodized finish for protection against corrosion and abrasion; the Diamondback CNC muzzle brake which helps to reduce recoil on high-power firearms; and the Diamondback Pro sights consisting of a front and rear sight both of which can be flipped up for efficient target engagement with the Diamondback AR15 rifle.
There’s also the Magpul MOE K2+ pistol grip that offers maximum weapon control in adverse environments; the Magpul ACS-L stock which as a streamlined version of the ACS, makes for a slimmer and lighter weight package; as well as the 30-round Magpul Gen 2 PMAG magazine which is incredibly light yet durable due to its polymer construction, and also a cost-effective upgrade from the aluminum USGI magazine. Only one (1) of this Gen 2 mag ships with the rifle.
Another feature of the Diamondback DB15 that is worth highlighting is the CMC 3.5-lb., single-stage trigger; this trigger provides an enhanced trigger pull that leaves Mil-Spec triggers in the dust.
Compatible with a variety of color, sight, and stock options, and indeed with most AR15 accessories, the DB15 platform, overall, represents value and versatility, all at a very affordable price.

Diamondback DB15 Additional Information
Gas System
Because the mid-length gas system featured on this Diamondback DB15 5.56 dampens recoil, one can achieve greater accuracy with the rifle. The system also ensures less wear and tear on parts, which is why the rife is able to maintain its reliable performance throughout its service life.
Handguard/Forend
The advantage of the 15-inch free-float M-Lok rail or forend present on the Diamondback AR lies not just in the fact that it offers ample grip and accessory space, but also in the fact that it offers a long sight radius, and improves accuracy because the handguard does not touch the barrel at all, so there is less weight and pressure.
Grip
The MOE K2+ pistol grip that the Diamondback DB15 5.56 comes with is made of reinforced polymer combined with comfortable wrap-around rubber overmolding, which is why it’s able to offer positive weapon control. This K2+ grip also offers compatibility with optional Storage Cores, in addition to a unique backstrap design that promotes proper trigger finger placement. Overall, it brings modern styling, ergonomics, and comfort to the Diamondback AR15 platform.
Stock
The featured ACS-L (Adaptable Carbine Stock – Light) stock, a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR15/M4 carbines using Mil-Spec sized receiver extension tubes, is slimmer and lighter because though it uses the same center storage compartment and cheek weld as the ACS, it lacks battery tubes.
Applications
A versatile rifle system, the Diamondback DB15 is ideal for general applications, such as recreational shooting, hunting, and even 3Gun competitions. The user manual or product documentation can be found here.

Diamondback AR Reviews
Diamondback rifles are quite popular, and across the web there have been many reviews left by shooters who have bought and used the Diamondback DB15. Here are just a couple of these reviews:
![Diamondback DB15 5.56 Review](https://armsintel.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/db556-rev.png)
“As the title says, this AR is awesome, with excellent fit and finish. The included Magpul furniture is great, including the flip-up irons, and the Diamondback compensator works a treat, minimizing recoil on an already fairly light recoil platform. The trigger is second to none; it is crazy light, and break is crisp and clean. I’ve only added a red dot sight and a different grip (although I would happily swap back to the Magpul one if the need arise). Very satisfied with this purchase, and I would, and do, recommend Diamondback Firearms to friends looking for AR-platform rifles.”

“Awesome rifle, great trigger very comfortable in the hand. Everything seems very well made and put together no complaints. Shoots smooth With very minimal recoil I’d buy a dozen if I could.”
